New: Groove Migration Service
With the Groove product name disappearing, and the chronic lack
of investment in Groove over the past few years, many organisatons
are re-evaluating their investment in Groove as a collaboration
platform.
If you need help migrating your data out of Groove - either into
SharePoint or other systems, we are the only company placed to help
you with a mix of off-the-shelf and custom tools to extract as much
information as possible from Groove workspaces. We can, for
example:
- Automatically copy files from a Groove Files tool into either
to a folder structure or to a Document Management System,
- Extract the contents of Groove Forms tools either into files,
documents, databases or SharePoint lists,
- Extract space member information into lists for import into
other systems.
There are some inbuilt utilties to export data from Groove, but
they have limitations in export formats and data selection
functionality. Our tools, on the other hand, can be customised to
extract the information you need, processing it as a part of the
export, and then backup and then optionally securely remove the
Groove workspaces, as well as set up access for space members into
new systems.
